Community Engagement Teams

CET aids individuals and families in overcoming mental health and substance abuse challenges through recovery-focused care, prioritizing wellness and independence. While avoiding the criminal justice system and emergency mental health systems whenever possible.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Program

We provide a revolutionary evidence-based year long intensive outpatient program (IPO) for substance abuse in New Mexico. Our treatment program includes individual, group, and support sessions, plus comprehensive assessments. Each individual is given a comprehensive evaluation (Behavioral Addictions Severity Index) and a follow-up reassessment during program completion/termination, ensuring their unique needs are met.

Continue Matrix Model aftercare for one year with weekly 90-minute support groups, bi-weekly outside support groups, exit interviews, and case monitoring. Provide attendance updates to custody personnel as required.

Case Management

Upon entering treatment, clients are connected to resources like Medicaid, housing, and TANF through comprehensive case management. We also have an ever-growing library of resources to help New Mexicans thrive.

Affordable Housing

Stability is essential; transitional homes will help clients build stronger relationships with friends and family while offering a supportive network. We have partnered with the city of Albuquerque and major New Mexican real estate developers to provide additional resources for program graduates to find affordable housing.
